Increasingly popular because of its fresh-fruit taste and reasonable price, Pinot Blanc is a typical Alsace wine: a clean-tasting complement to all kinds of dishes, and a crisp refreshing drink
on its own. It is a frank companion, without any tricks, and can be served wherever white wine is called for. |

Alsace Riesling has received wide and well-deserved acclaim. It is the epitome of Alsace wines: dry and delicate, with a fine bouquet and a full, fruity aftertaste. It compliments the finest
food. It is superb with fish, shell-fish, sea-food and, of course, choucroute ("Sauerkraut"). |

Previously known as Tokay d'Alsace, Tokay Pinot Gris is rich, earthy and distinctively aromatic.Subtle and intriguing, this is the dark horse among the Alsace varieties. It enhances all rich
food, particularly juicy roast meats and foie gras. It too is a high quality aperitif. |

Light enough to make an excellent aperitif, Muscat has a sweet, heavy fragrance, but the wine itself is dry, crisp and clean.
It is a delicious aperitif wine and an incomparable wine for receptions. |

Clean and dry, but above all fruity and richly scented, Gewurztraminer is the most full-bodied of all the Alsace wines. "Gewurz" means spice: with its lingering spicy aftertaste,
Gewurztraminer lives up to its name. It is a perfect accompaniment to highly seasoned dishes, pungent cheeses, sweet desserts and, in very good years, the foie gras. Delightful for receptions, whether as
an aperitif or with the dessert. |

The Pinot Noir grape produces both rose and red wine. Visually it may be the odd-one-out among Alsace wines, but Pinot Noir's dry, pleasant taste places it firmly within the Alsace tradition.
Ideal for country-buffet, picnic or TV dinner. Excellent with poultry and meats. |
